Quest Nutrition Review!

So it took me a little while to get through all of my quest bars, but I’ve finally been able to try all of the flavors!

THEY ARE ALL DELICIOUS.

Seriously, I absolutely love Quest Bars. They are my favorite post-workout source of protein. Whenever I finish a good workout, I’m always really hungry and I want something satisfying so I won’t go home and stuff my face. Lately, my favorite combination after a workout has been a Quest Bar and an apple with PB. 

Some of my favorite Quest Bar flavors are…

  • Chocolate chip cookie dough
  • Chocolate brownie
  • Peanut butter & Jelly
  • Strawberry Cheesecake
  • Banana nut muffin
  • Apple pie
  • Peanut butter supreme

I was also able to try the new raspberry white chocolate today (thanks to my favorite spin instructor – hint hint guest post from her coming soon) and it is definitely my new favorite!

Speaking of my favorite spin instructor…yesterday was her birthday!! YAY! So today, she was having a bit of a birthday extravaganza in class. She had a raffle with little prizes, and a healthy snack for everyone in the class! She also had a fantastic playlist with lots of great party music that really kept us going the whole time.  I probably burned close to 600 calories. I definitely need to look into getting a heart rate monitor!!
